One of the reasons I've never put out a Gramfel collection is I'm not confident if it'd be okay to try making money from it, obvious parody or not.
So, this isn't about money. If I'd been asked, and promised --say-- a comp copy of the book, I may have said yes!

However, if I wasn't asked for permission, then it seems pretty certain that nobody else whose work shows up was asked either.
