We need a web browser that just interacts with web sites, without any data collection,AI,inferences.
If #Mozilla wants its presence in AI, then let it be a different product altogether like thunderbird or old days composer.
Avoid one size fits all. We input lot of privacy sensitive data in browsers.

Do you remember when people were saying "I think my phone is listening to me, i'm getting ads for stuff I spoke about" and people said "They arent listening to you, they're just this good at predicting your interests"?

Well, it happens they were doing exactly that.

I keep reading posts about people who wrote applications entirely with "zero coding." They say they don't read the code and instead refine the application using increasingly precise prompts. I have some questions:

* Is the application nontrivial?

Another question I came here with was: how effective are the whistles and honking? Does it stop abductions? And the answer is, surprisingly to my cynical self, yes, and often. I have talked to so many people who have successfully interrupted kidnappings.

Well, folks, we may have a new king in AI inference hardware - and it is not NVIDIA.

That king is AMD. Its CPU/GPU platform is optimized for raw power, raw throughput, and raw compute density.

Let the new king reign.

True education isn’t a transaction. It’s a craft. Like a master guiding an apprentice, it’s about passing on wisdom, skill, and curiosity. When we treat students as learners instead of customers, we honor the real purpose of higher education.
