I really feel this activation even as I paint Ultramarines in a *gasp* box art style. Even tracing and coloring is better than prompting. Let your body carry a vision from your mind to the outside world.
People will listen to neuroscience podcasts 18 hours a day and never shut up about optimizing themselves and still willfully forget that the point of making art is not for a computer to generate an image as quickly as possible it is to activate different parts of that brain you supposedly care about

You can say that Cloudflare and other such outages make the internet fragile, but also consider how big the internet is. I work in software, and that outage didn't even move the needle for my business. I just wasn't in that corner of the internet that day.

Thinking about all the relationships raised to mythic status in fiction. Master and Padawan in Star Wars, MAV in Gquuuux, the Necromancer and Cavaliers in the Locked tomb... I feel like their going to become more common in in our isolated individualized society.
