We recently lost our resident "grumpy old man", Mittens.
He was sweet, but grew quite crotchedy (I mean that affectionately) in his old age. We all miss him dearly.

Caught Up: Way of the Househusband (manga)
13 volumes in and this remains one of my favorite SOL series. It's a bit weird since it only tells around a dozen jokes in various ways, but I keep coming back for more.

Finally decided last night that Yakuza Pirate is not for me which breaks my heart.
Love the concept, love the fighting, love just about everything in the game... except for the ship travel which left me endlessly frustrated and constantly lost at sea.
Maybe I'll just watch a playthrough instead.
