Shawn Micallef: Doug Ford’s plan to sell off chunks of this popular beach threatens something we should hold dear
If Doug Ford wanted to create a real legacy, he’d start an aggressive expansion of public parkland in Ontario to keep up with its massive population.

In recognition of us doing fuck all to reduce emissions, let me remind y'all that carbon dioxide removal (CDR) is useless unless we decarbonize drastically.

Carbon dioxide removal is not a current climate solution — we need to change the narrative
Drastically reduce emissions first, or carbon dioxide removal will be next to useless.

Why are volunteers required to clean up this plastic spill?

Why is the fossil fuel industry not paying for cleaning up the mess THEY made?

Why are those fossil fuel corporation executives and board members not in jail yet?

When will accountability start?
