I am not being snarky. I need my colleagues who wrote on covid school lockdowns to engage with this. To be as loud as they have been about prior "learning loss." Hell, you can cite Tom & Mark's AERJ paper so you feel better that there's some econ somewhere in your argument.

Women, especially women of color, are the most attuned to their safety. Meaning they perceive most correctly how safe they are. White men are the worst at it. When infrastructure is not safe, women will not use it at the same rate as men (especially white men). Is the solution less infrastructure?

I've said this before: I understand it can feel overwhelming to be an activist but one of the absolute easiest ways to do it is to stop giving money to a person who has made it their loud and public mission to erase a group of people just trying to live their lives
