Maybe you could honor his legacy by speaking out against armed thugs wreaking havoc in the streets of our neighbors. It's literally the very least you could do.

I got to go to a food court the other day and choose between South Indian Dosa, fresh hand pulled Chinese noodle soup or pirogies and cabbage rolls. It doesn’t actually get better than that.
I realise I'm just a freak, but living in a multicultural city is the best thing of all time, it's just the best possible human experience and i can not understand why anyone on earth would be like "weve got to destroy this"

X allows dumb people to find other dumb people and discuss dumb ideas which makes them feel their dumb ideas are correct because they find people who agree with them. Before the internet, these people could be isolated before their dumb ideas could become common thought.

Most of this week, it's been firmly in the 40s, which, for Western Pennsylvania, is practically light jacket weather. This morning, it dropped into the low teens but FELT more like the low 00s. And... I was NOT ready. lol

There is no “better training” for an organization that does this.
Today at 34 & Park in Minneapolis, a woman tried to drive down the street where a protest had broken out in front of a home ICE was raiding, saying she had a doctor apt to get to. ICE agents busted out her windows, cut off her seatbelt, and pulled her out before arresting her.

I work at a non-profit in Seattle. Had a staff member break down sobbing in utter hysterics. Pulled her into the office and turns out she has family in Minneapolis - ICE had blocked off the street to their neighborhood and was requiring valid US passports for residents to LEAVE THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD.

When I was 16, a deputy told my friend and me that he was going to have us raped in jail for the crime of sitting in a park after sundown. The desk sergeant refused to even take a complaint the next day. Don't tell me cops being unaccountable sadists is an invention of the Trump administration.
