I genuinely don't understand what do people want when they say you should "criticize the trolls" because the trolls are not real people, they are a narrative tool for the story as is any other character and you should criticize the plot and analyze it as a whole. Also refer to this post:

Spoke with a source who told me the call volume is so high, a call center for both Mastercard & Visa is bringing out pizza and ice cream so agents don’t quite amid the rush. Long waits are causing dropped calls.
