We need it. Not only are the classes full, but also concert halls, libraries - we've gone to a bunch of classical concerts this year as an antidote to despair and guess what - they are full. They were not as full before, but they are now.

At my monthly writing group the lady sitting next to me waxed rhapsodic over using AI to 'improve' her writing (turns out it didn't, natch), while the rest of us made faces/shook our heads. Despite our reaction she kept trying to rationalize it & get someone to say it was ok to use.

It's one thing if you don't know or just made a mistake. No need to breathe down someones neck b/c its harder to tell nowadays.
But if you do know (ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO KNOW) even if you're posting it to make fun of it or sharing it unironically... consider not doing that.
