Halloween-celebrating the sacred days year round. We'll leave the light on for you.
Wild to see election integrity trending after more than a year of people lashing out at, blocking or flagging anyone suggesting that free elections could end. Great that the folks who apppointed themselves arbiters of everything have decided it's okay to speak facts now.

And there were bloody footprints
Where mercy should have stood
I wrote this song on Saturday, recorded it yesterday and released it to you today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis. It’s dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, our innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renee Good.

The streets are filled
With too many babies
Black air in the sky of blue
People pass by
No life in their eyes
The concrete jungle's
Really going crazy

The best way of describing someone who’s all talk and no action that I’ve ever heard in the UK, by far, is “they’re all wardrobe and no Narnia.”

Bluesky is messing with the algorithm again.
Even tho, they're like "Us? What algorithm?"
You can tell because they break something in the feeds. Today my following feed is going from 4h to 13d and including people I don't follow.

I started watching Pluribus with my Mom and right off in the 1st episode when they're trying to identify what the transmission is, she shakes her head and says "It's a cookbook." 😆

Be helpful if you can.
Be prickly when you have to.
Be someone's light in the darkness.
Be the reason a forest is considered haunted.
But most of all, be kind and stay weird.

Just realizing I haven't read much about Stranger Things origins or Duffers interviews, but saw someone mention the Montauk connection in the finale & link to this piece;crazy read!

Too bad they used the story already cuz I would watch a Hopper Joyce spin-off.
Missing Kids, Alternate Dimensions, And Time Tunnels: The Story That Inspired 'Stranger Things'
The Montauk Project, a conspiracy theory that the U.S. military ran a paranormal black site on Long Island, is even more nuts than the hit Netflix show lets on.

Watched the Stanger Things finale last night and I have been having all the feels since 😪 argh! The season had it's missteps, but it tripped all my nostalgia buttons and tbh caught me off-guard. It is sad an era has ended.

Our favorite writer would have turned 101 today! Rod Serling was born December 25, 1924.

As he so famously quipped, “I was a Christmas present that was delivered unwrapped.”

As Lois Nettleton ("The Midnight Sun") said, he was "a lovely gift to the world."

Merry Christmas, all!
