this also applies to "understand when you can only do 40-60% because the world is suddenly much more chaotic and your mind can only intake so many things at once, and you are also very tired"
sometimes I forget "do your best" does not mean "aim to perform at 100% all the time" it means "understand when you can only do 60-80% because your body is noticeably falling apart from not enough sleep"
