Honest question: is there any practical reason no rep is working on submitting an impeachment resolution? I'm not talking about political considerations etc. Seems like putting together a case now would be a good start.

This means it's going to be a meeting about potential economic deals between the US and Russia (and very little about ending the war). This is Putin's plan B since he's correctly reading that the EU allies have already spoiled plan A. But deals are the way to Trump's heart so Putin will take it.
