WE NEED YOUR HELP❗️It’s February 10, 2026, & rent is past due. I’m working with 7 different families who have been impacted by ICE & are now struggling to pay rent. I’m hoping to raise $6,082 to help pay the month of February rent for all of them.

They will be warehousing people.

And treating them as objects.

These are concentration camps.
In the last month ICE has bought warehouses in:

- Hagerstown, MD: $102 million
- Surprise, AZ: $70 million
- Hamburg, PA: $87 million
- Tremont, PA: $120 million
- San Antonio, TX: $82 million
- El Paso, TX: $123 million
- Social Circle, GA: price unknown

This is unprecedented.

Un-fucking-believable.

JACOB FREY I REPEAT MY DEMAND THAT YOU RESIGN IN DISGRACE.

I want YOU to get thee fuck out of my city.
Hosting the border czar and ICE agents in City Hall (and its parking areas) is a violation of the City’s separation ordinance and broader City policy. These are in place to protect our residents and City staff.

Genuinely, why the fuck does the *HIGHWAY* patrol have at least 3 helicopters (N118SP, N119SP, N717SP) and two fixed wing planes? (N115SP, N717SP)? And why the fuck do they exclusively use them to harass residents of the cities? You want to talk about "fraud", look at the expenses they run up.

With apologies to our twin and the burbs and greater MN, this is part of why I think it really kicked off in Minneapolis: we knew no one was coming to save us. Statewide liberals find us distasteful. Our mayor all but hates us. We have some strong as fuck council members and state reps and sens, but

Minnesota is currently under a paramilitary occupation from jack boot goons, and they are very publicly getting support from Sheriffs around Minnesota.

We must demand a better candidate for Governor, someone who actually cares about our real safety.

Sheriffs and local law enforcement officers put their lives on the line every day to keep us safe.

I’m honored to receive the Legislator of the Year award from the Major County Sheriffs of America and will keep working together to protect Minnesotans across our state.

Columbia Heights (Liam's school district) cancelled school today because of a credible bomb threat at Liam's elementary and multiple ICE vehicles parking in the high school staff parking lot at 6:15am.

ICE in my neighborhood this morning. They've started pretending like they're observers, rolling through neighborhoods honking their horns like they've spotted an ICE vehicle to bait people out of their homes.

Stay safe out there.

Not a judgment and IDK how you overcome it but...it's striking that every time a fresh national news story drops about ICE in the Twin Cities (ProPublica today), a lot of people respond with "Wow, I didn't realize it was that bad" and everyone in MN goes "Yes and it's a hundred times worse"

Minneapolis has shown we don’t need a charter amendment or an ordinance to build a department of public safety.

In just two months, under a federal occupation, we have shown the world what it looks like to build community-led safety, and how we can abolish ICE & the police.

We need an eviction moritorium now. Today the judge in the lawsuit against DHS did not issue a preliminary injunction to halt Operation Metro Surge. While we are not done with litigation, this is deeply troubling for our community that will continue to suffer.

Fuck Jacob Frey, Eviction Moratorium Now
In a powerful speech at the @usmayors.org Conference of Mayors this week, Mayor Frey told the nation that you, our community, are standing up for our immigrant and refugee neighbors and friends.

Boy the "City of Minneapolis" account sure loves to tell us where the mayor is but never seems to share where the city council members are while they're actually in the streets "standing up for our immigrant and refugee neighbors and friends"

So for Dems, the win is: reiterating 3 things that are already law, 1 thing that is a best practice, and 1 thing that was already a rule up until 6 months ago?

From the bottom of my heart: fuck off with this.

And they didn't even include ICE out of hospitals, healthcare facilities and daycares.
Dems coalescing around 5 restrictions on ICE, I'm told:

DHS required to cooperate with state probes (big)
CBP stays at border
warrants for arrests
IDs, bodycams
ICE out of churches, schools

"That package unites a lot of Dems," Sen Chris Murphy tells me on the pod:

- Nothing being reported on ICE withdrawing
- By govt’s own admission, 2,000 ICE invaders here, a still-astounding number
- Unclear how many CPB agents will be removed
- Tom Homan, the new Bovino, was the force behind ICE’s family separation policy, a bribe-taker, and a monster

Minneapolis mayor @mayorjacobfrey.bsky.social has spent more money, more time, more public works labor displacing our homeless brothers and sisters than displacing fascist murderers.

No concrete rubble dumped to impede them. No miles of fences were erected for them. No 3am raids with bulldozers.

The struggle against the political police requires special qualities; it requires professional revolutionaries.

And we must see to it, not only that the masses “advance” concrete demands, but that the masses of the workers “advance” an increasing number of such professional revolutionaries.
