Hi. HELLO. About that BOI filing that some of you are starting to receive notices about - double check that letter/email/phone call for details because it could be a scam.

To be clear, filing a BOI is a legit thing that some businesses will need to do, but the FILING IS FREE

In 1978, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors downzoned the city, banning multifamily homes in many areas and sparking a decades-long affordability crisis.

47 years later, on a 7–4 vote, they passed the Family Zoning Plan to finally begin to undo that mistake.

The times, they are a-changin’!

If I see one single person from a blue state being weird if the Dems don't win in spite of a near 20 point swing, I'm gonna sweep the leg I swear to God.

Y'all leave TN alone they are causing apocalyptic damage to the GOP tonight no matter WHAT happens

Much like how anyone born after 1980 has never known a functioning US government, we’ve never known an Israel close to the one our parents grew up with (and yes a lot of that version was heavily propagandized).

Boomers can’t accept that our opinions are shaped by our reality not their memories.
What Hillary is saying here is a conspiracy theory and not even a tame, silly one, but a whopper. A more balefully consequential and widespread one than e.g. Trump complaining that the media lied about his crowds being big.

Every ai booster believes that college is about doing homework. They think there’s a homework goblin that pays the colleges for their homework. Their dream is that they can have a machine that you can pay $75,000 to and receive a college degree from in four years.

love when non-Jews accuse Jews of being too stupid to... support Israel's genocide
Hillary Clinton blames TikTok and “totally made up” videos for young people’s views on Israel and Palestine.

She says social media influenced “not just the usual suspects” but also “young Jewish Americans who don’t know the history and don’t understand.”

Disappointed to see this. 160 union workers are fighting for a fair contract at Individualized Shirts, a US factory that makes high-end men's button-ups. The managers there have rejected the union's request for fair wages and health insurance. The union is asking for support 🧵

Jews have been forced by society to be experts on this topic because every single goy we meet demands we state our position on it before they decide if we’re a good Jew or a bad Jew but yeah ok we’re just too ignorant to understand.

The goyim will always hate us no matter what we do. We cannot win

Imagine being a goy and standing up and telling Jewish people they don’t know or understand their own fucking history. That Jews are ignorant and too uneducated to have correct opinions about the Jewish issue of our time that has broken families and communities. You absolute piece of trash.

i've lived a charmed live of diverse exposure to knowledge & thus have picked up along the way all of these basic maintenance rules but if you literally don't know a chore exists how can anyone hold you accountable for not doing it?

the question is why this is obscure knowledge to begin with

It's weird, right? Weird that I pay for Google Workspace and yet I had to go through a process to get Gemini turned off. Weird that I PAY for Workspace and they still advertise to me to upgrade? Weird.

Anyhoo, if Proton really does add in a spreadsheet option it will be all over for you bitches.

What do the editors of this magazine think their job is?

"Too many kids are getting extra time on tests!" should immediately be followed by "how many kids are getting extra time on tests?" If you don't know, either find out or write about something you do know.

This op-ed is truly terrible.

A few obvious failures:
🔹 Why are Waymo's self-reported data treated as fact?
🔹 Why does the writer ignore myriad ways to save lives that are cheaper, more reliable, and quicker than waiting for AVs?
🔹 Why doesn't he mention he's a VC partner?
“There’s a public health imperative to quickly expand the adoption of autonomous vehicles.”

Would the author say the same about building bike lanes? Installing automatic traffic cameras? Requiring Intelligent Speed Assist?

All of those are proven to save lives — and at a fraction of AVs' cost.
