I see no universe where all the people upset at the economy, healthcare, and the Epstein files are going to be like “yay we spent money to overthrow Venezuela!”
Also, I'm just a bit dubious as to the upside for him. Worried I am missing an obvious example, but I can't think of a single war of choice that has worked out for the incumbent. (I don't think Iraq counts - I don't believe there was a single benefit to that didn't accrue from Afghanistan.)
