Finished the main body of the Blokees Eva Unit 01 - I still need to build the accessories. It's smaller than the Yolopark Eva, but it was a good build and feels sturdy enough. Will likely get Rei and Asuka when I see them! #Evangelion #plamo

Masters of the Universe Castle Grayskull! Fortress of mystery and power! The exterior might be one of the most Metal things created by human hands. The interior is basic but fun & set the template for playsets for the rest of the 80s and beyond (platforms, trapdoor, elevator) #vintagetoytuesday
Masters of the Universe Castle Grayskull - actually green but looking at it I don’t think I’d want to argue that point with whoever lived there Grayskull under attack bu the evil forces of Skeletor as He-Man & the Heroic Warriors rush to The Sorceress’ aid The interior. Mattel hadn’t yet figured out the trick they used for Snake Mountain (the negative space forming new details) so the walls are just the reverse of the exterior with all detailing provided by stickers and cardboard inserts. Still cool though! Skeletor falls down the trapdoor! (I’d have used the Sorceress for this but she can’t sit in the throne, booooo!)

Kirk and Spock figures from 1979, themed to Star Trek: The Motion Picture. As happens with tie-in toys, the Spock isn't super accurate to the film; specifically he is wearing a two-toned uniform, more similar to Kirk's Admiral's uniform than the all-blue pajamas of the film. I think it's a better look here. Had they gone with this look, perhaps the Monster Maroon wouldn't have been a thing.
