The Trump administration believes that the rich and powerful should be pardoned for their crimes, even after judges and juries determined their guilt.

But if you’re a non-white guy in a fishing boat, there’s no need for a trial or even an arrest. Murder from above, no questions asked.
When this criminal was jailed, the judge told David Gentile and America: ‘This is a warning to would-be fraudsters that seeking to get rich by taking advantage of investors gets you only a one-way ticket to jail.’ I guess not

Trump is murdering people in boats with no proof that they are committing any crimes and no proof they are heading to the US.

President Hernandez was serving 45 years in prison for a plot to distribute 400 tons of cocaine before Trump pardoned him. Meanwhile, Trump is murdering fishermen in small boats for allegedly smuggling far smaller amounts.
“Additionally, I Will be granting a Full and Complete Pardon to Former President Juan Orlando Hernandez who has been, according to many people that | greatly respect, treated very harshly and unfairly.”

I don't understand how anyone can watch how blatantly Grok is manipulated to answer the way ownership desires it to and then act like the other LLM chatbots couldn't possibly be similarly but less obviously compromised to produce responses in whatever way corporate interests and priorities dictate.

The Supreme Court has rendered all of these opinions moot. Trump can issue illegal orders, pardon everyone who carries them out, then walk away with the security that he has immunity. He can get away with murder, just as the Republican appointed Justices intended.
“The JAG at Southern Command specifically expressed concern that strikes against people on boats in the Caribbean Sea and the eastern Pacific Ocean…could amount to extrajudicial killings, the six sources said, and therefore legally expose service members involved in the operations.”
Top military lawyer raised legal concerns about boat strikes
The lawyer at U.S. Southern Command, which oversees the operations against alleged drug-smuggling boats near Venezuela, disagreed that the strikes are legal and was overruled, according to six sources...

Trump orders murders, too.
Trump just called Mohammed bin Salman a "very good friend" and added, "we've always been on the same side of every issue."

This is the first time MBS has been on U.S. soil since Saudi agents murdered and dismembered Jamal Khashoggi.

Trump praised MBS's record on human rights.

I really wanted to see a specific dermatologist who didn't take insurance. I paid $600 to have a few tiny moles lasered. $600! Buying healthcare directly is not a great plan.
Cassidy: "The president is proposing that we take the $26b that would be going to insurance companies if we just do an extension and give it directly to the American people in which 100% of the money is used for them to purchase healthcare on their own terms. That makes them an informed consumer."

No matter what's happening now, we have to remember the DOJ's role is representing the interests of the United States in criminal and civil proceedings and adhering to ethical standards. Not oppo research or harassment or exposing and shaming uncharged individuals.
When Biden was in the White House, and Democrats controlled both houses of Congress, why did they keep all this Epstein stuff covered up?

Believed it’d be improper, running counter to the goal of restoring public perception of impartiality? That’s the relatively least damning answer I can think of.

My family has been without half our income for 40 days. It has been.. very hard.

We are willing to feel that pain so people can have health care next year, or to undo these illegal recissions.

We are not willing to have been put through this for NOTHING.

They weren't terrorists. They weren't cartel members. They had no fentanyl. And they weren't coming here.

They were transporting cocaine. To Trinidad.

Most importantly, they were human beings.

And they were murdered.

By the government of the United States of America.
