Also, US third parties are so totally non-viable that they pretty much only exist as protest votes where you don't expect the candidate to ever govern. Not even one Green member of Congress, a couple idiosyncratic independent Senators, no governors, maybe a state legislator or two, of thousands?

Probably? I hope? I've never been in a fascist tattoo shop of any kind, I don't know how overt they are about it or if they try to keep a respectable front, and it probably runs the gamut.

This is madness. Today we had to send a message to our 1L students telling them it’s not a great idea to use the first drafts of their first legal writing assignments because the new OCI timeline is so early they are wondering if they should.
