And then since it’s one controller then your motors and battery chargers and safety power switches all run on the same communications bus, use the same connectors, share the same BOM, etc. it’s a complete power management and motor control hardware software solution for your robot! ⚡️⚡️⚡️

I don’t know why I didn’t connect it but the USB-PD system here means one of my desired projects - a force feedback steering wheel - can be powered directly from USB-C! Tho I probs want more power than 100 watts. Maybe supercaps for peak power…
Made some updates to the USB-C PD circuit and pushed to github. You can view the board in this web viewer [1]. I also remembered I made this smaller than a credit card or a business card! I could use this as a cool circuit board business card. ⚡

towards the end of a project I like to take a step back and look more at this like a nest of wires to untangle. during layout you look to find any connection you can. once 100% routed you can begin to clean it all up ✨ I'm stoned and vibin with good music and its chill work 🐶
