The problem here is that ICE is withholding his identity and legal chargers can’t be brought up against an anonymous person. Plus the mayor can’t issue warrants. I’m sure they’re doing all they can to figure out his identity and to issue legal charges.

US history has conclusively proved that when the cops kill somebody, the immediate project becomes coming up with some crime to convict them with after the fact to frame the killing as deserved, to make them at fault for their own murder.
