The Trump Administration has overseen two months of job losses.

The last time the economy lost jobs...was under Trump's first presidency.

Stupid, misleading, not on the side of reason.
Just beyond stupid.
Utterly ludicrous framing from @nytimes.com here, treating Pete Hegseth's arguments as if they're legitimate. The casual reader will be left with no inkling whatsoever of how unusual and corrupt an abuse of the process this truly is:

To Duffy: In 2026 fly coach, not extra-comfort coach. Bet you do not stay “dressed up”. Air travel in coach is nowhere near the comfort, elbow room, face room,
Compared to my 1st coach flight. And all the short hops now…non-stops are harder to find and often red-eye. Comfort in clothing is good.
This is the ideal travel attire. You may not like it, but this is what peak passenger looks like.

That and more. It needs ongoing reporting with charts or dollar signs… specific snd then again. And people are resigned…there is no one “official” who can or is willing to speak up or stop it. I would let him do his crypto scam if he would disband ICE. There is so much awful out there…
”[Trump] is running a crypto scam where he can receive millions of dollars anonymously. Meanwhile the DOJ has shut down the crypto investigations unit. Truly no corruption scheme like this in our history — at least out of the White House.”

No…there actually ARE other parties right now but enough money flows to the 2 major parties to keep them dominant. However, 3rd parties can and have had significant impact on election results.
Just observing from another country. Are you limited to two parties? Doesn't make sense to me.

I’ve been in a room with Putin. He calls Ukrainians “Russians with accents.” His real fear isn’t NATO expansion, it’s democracy expansion. It shatters his entire argument for dictatorship at home. Because if Ukrainians embrace freedom, Russians may demand the same.

Do Trump backers ask themselves why he moved a convicted child sex trafficker to a nicer prison where she gets custom meals and a comfort dog? What’s their theory for why he’s doing that, other than to get her to cover up his role in the Epstein scandal? Do they think it’s OK to rape children?

Today is Holodomor Remembrance Day, when we honor the millions of Ukrainians who were murdered in Stalin’s man-made famine — a deliberate attempt to starve a nation into submission. That history warns us: When authoritarian regimes try to erase a people, the world must not look away.

I said it over a year ago: Trump’s plan was always to sell out Zelensky and hand Putin exactly what he wants.

We cannot allow it to happen.

If Putin were to push toward NATO countries, our treaty obligations could put American service members directly in harm’s way.

I’m furious and heartbroken that soldiers were violated at the Army OB/GYN for years. They, like so many others, were laughed at, dismissed, and retraumatized. They deserve justice and a thorough investigation – and Congress will be watching.

I’m sick of hearing that closing the Department of Education would send control back to the states.

The states already have control.

What they really want with a closing is lack of oversight, access to education funding, and more Christian Nationalism in schools.
