Stuntman (2024 Albert Leung, Herbert Leung) As an homage to the history of Hong Kong action, fantastic. I've seen some reviews complaining it's a bit soap opera-esque, but it tugged my heartstrings. Great performance from the legend Stephen Tung in the lead, put Phillip Ng in more stuff!

Been down a totally pointless research rabbit hole to find out what was unusual about the closing titles of episode 12 of The Dalek's Masterplan. (Rather than the credits rolling over black, they ran over a photo of the TARDIS landing site, sans TARDIS, taken during the filming at Ealing).

Customs Frontline (2024 Herman Yau) is a fun mix of action and cop melodrama. Lead Nicolas Tse doubles up as action choreographer, and definitely shows he's got some serious chops. He's taking on the same double role in Raging Havoc, the spiritual sequel to Benny Chan's Raging Fire. Can't wait!
