JUST IN: Democrats have flipped the mayor's office in Roswell, Georgia, in tonight's runoff.

GOP Mayor Kurt Wilson conceded earlier tonight to Mary Robichaux, the Dem challenging him.

(This is a city in the Atlanta suburbs, the 9th most populous city in Georgia.)

JUST IN: we have the early vote from Roswell, Georgia.

GOP Mayor Kurt Wilson trails Dem challenger Mary Robichaux, 58% to 42% so far.

That's out of 8,949 votes counted. In November, the early vote was roughly half of the ballots, and (as you'd expect), the GOP was stronger on Election Day.

Atlantans will get what they voted for as their tax $$s get funneled into slush funds while the city continues its collapse
Mayor Andre Dickens’ administration successfully gutted legislation to restrict how the city can spend its Affordable Housing Trust Fund.

“I feel like we’ve moved in the opposite direction of what this was intended to do,” Councilmember Alex Wan said.

Roswell…Georgia.
If Robichaux wins on Tuesday, Dems will control the city council in Roswell.
Here's one office Dems could flip on Tuesday.

(No, it's not in TN!)

The Republican mayor of Roswell, a Georgia city of 90K, finished just one percentage point ahead of his Dem challenger on November 4. The runoff is in a few days.

so here's what I will say about what I have learned in reporting on the #WPBL:

they certainly do not seem to understand the level of expectations that fans had for this league, especially the level of detail that the target audience has.
So...now the barnstorming games will be BEFORE the regular season? But what about the players who will also be in the World Cup?
