I had high hopes for this place and was using it exclusively for months. But this place is now officially a far left cesspool of perfectionism and doomerism. X was bad last year, but the fun people have come back, while the fun people are still leaving Bsky. I'm honestly sad about Bsky.

The bsky algorithm serves way too much outrage. I get that there's lots to be rightfully outraged by (there always is), and that outrage is amazing for engagement, so it's hard to make an algorithm that doesn't have a bias for it. But I expect bsky to be the place that at least tries.
