I really hope some of you all understand why actors would strike before hard evidence of genAI use in certain game titles existed, and why they would do so even outside of the strict purview of a union.

This has inspired me to make a Deodorant Buster for my Mega Man cosplay and well as a deodorant gun for my Master Chief and DoomSlayer cosplays (all still in the works btw).
While going to Anime Frontier this past weekend was *mostly* a good experience I just need to say that some men don't practice good hygiene like they should and it's so gross.

At the Anime Frontier Bang Zoom Open Auditions some voice actors who already had anime experience for Crunchyroll auditioned. Some if not all of them are in a very cliquey discord server.
I tried talking to one of them about what they and their peers did was wrong only to be called "toxic."

So hey. I'm gonna be real, if you yourself already broke into the industry, why are you participating at an open audition for NEWER voice actors? There are unknown talent out there who should have had that spot. Doing it for fun or to getting an opportunity to snag yet another role makes you look-
Regarding Bang Zoom auditions:
It's an OPEN audition. That means anyone, not just who you think deserves to be up on the stage, from any walk of life.
Just being in the room, I was able to really absorb a lot of useful ideas, experienced or not.

I had no idea Silent Night Deadly Night was getting a remake, crazy that we live in a timeline where that movie gets 2 remakes. The new one looks like it’s going to be more similar to the original 1984 film than the 2012 remake.

If the video game company won't at least sign the NAVA Rider? Then you shouldn't send them an audition. I'm seeing some concerning stuff on the VAC Discord that makes me want to pull my hair out. I get it, times are tough. But do not let companies steal from you.
