One of the toughest challenges for me is finding that fine line between being busy and being overwhelmed.
I like to be busy, but I like to have control over the busy-ness. That is, if it trends into overwhelming territory, I can dial things back without negative external consequences.

I've had hearing loss in my left ear since my freshman year of high school (21 years ago).
I blew my nose earlier this evening, and it opened something in my ear, and my hearing is the best it has been since then.
So, that was weird.

So, on a whim, I decided to start revising a book I wrote way back in 2019. To my surprise, it's actually much better than I expected. Also to my surprise, I've forgotten huge parts of what I wrote.
