Landslide! Thrilled to see Labor win. Normally don't mind the usual swings between Labor+Greens and Liberals+Nationals, the Liberal leader's recent dog whistling pushed me to vote Labor instead of my usual Greens.

Bonus: Lost his seat held by Liberals for 24 yrs!

Always felt foreign language practice is a great use for #LLMs First attempt at fine-tuning Meta's llama3.1 (via @ollama ) to help with my now rusty German - lived in Germany for 5 years but have been away for as long. Great immersion substitute I think! (red: AI, yellow: me)

Been testing @ChatGPTapp & @AnthropicAI side-by-side for some of my more boring tasks. Here's an interesting one using a quick sparse prompt. #chatgpt4o provided an interesting name; #ClaudeAI is I guess an Apple fan 😆 Both hallucinated features but leaning on ChatGPT on this

There's been a sudden spike of interest with my @OpenXR provider lib & demos in @Github. It *appears* to coincide with the @Meta #Quest3 shipping date. I'm glad there's so much interest with OpenXR and if traffic is indeed Quest3 related, MR content specifically 🧵1/4

Happy that my #openxr provider repo is getting quite a bit of interest @github - however, it's eating up my bandwidth faster than I can purchase packs for it. The spike is so sudden, are these bots or some valid use (e.g. school)? I haven't really done any active promoting.

Decided to rewrite my #OpenXR library to support both PC-and-mobile (Android/Quest), and focus only on #VulkanAPI. Still WIP - but pretty happy with my PBR renderer which I plan to formally improve on as an optional module as it's a fun tinker 😄 https://github.com/1runeberg/OpenXRProvider_v2
