Love this. It’s also the reason temps were a good 5-10 degrees cooler to south than everywhere else.
This morning's cloud drama - sunshine to the south of the city, cloud-covered to the north... but not for long. That approaching cloudbreak is pretty remarkable as the sunshine approaches.

I always say this. If things are going so well why the need to lie about it? Stand on just your record shouldn’t be tough if you’re doing a good job.
When the strongest argument for your policy is a list of lies (I count 7) and exaggerations (another 5), you reveal more than a wonky list of truths ever would.

Old enough to remember when *check notes* Israel bombed Gaza, blamed it on rebels testing them, then afterwards said the ceasefire was back in place once they were done with their bombing. 🤦🏾♂️
Israel cannot break ceasefires, they can only “test“ them by killing dozens of people

I really hate it when scientists keep saying that “we need to rebuild trust in science,” because it implies that scientists are to blame for the mistrust rather than the millions of dollars of dark money that have funded political attacks on science in order to advance a far right agenda.
