I know shit sucks right now, but we can't always focus on bullshit. One positive that we should focus on is how great weed is these days. I love revisiting old music with weed that wasn't even around when the music was created. It's like rediscovering genius because you have an updated lens.

Regarding Reiner, I have known a lot of musicians and been in bands myself. I can’t overstate the importance of This Is Spinal Tap in adjusting the self-importance of musicians. Everyone knows the movie, everyone has identified Spinal Tap moments, everyone is humbler and funnier as a result.
