Farage says he can't investigate pro-Russian links in Reform because he doesn't "have a police force".

You really need to start thinking of better excuses Nigel Farage - or the public will think you're hiding something.

Trump tried to extort Brazil to drop the case against Bolsonaro by slapping a 50% tariff on the country

He also personally sanctioned Alexandre de Moraes-the judge overseeing this case-and his wife

Of course it didn’t work. Prices in the US increased instead

Now Trump has been humiliated

Just a heads up that Trump has canceled release of:
1. GDP report
2. Inflation report
3. Jobs report
Why? Because Trump’s terrible policies are destroying the US economy.

UK trade policy has basically failed. Someone in government might perhaps want to ponder why this has happened (and the prime answer doesn't start with B and end with rexit - this is a policy failure dating back to 2016)

Incidentally the "China will need nothing from the west" piece assumes that its production of all goods and services will be superior to others as to never need anything, which is highly implausible. Because when it isn't, companies will want imports. Arrogance of nationalism.

Such a good piece. Labour can genuinely give themselves permission to go as far as the EU will let them if they are honest with the electorate about how bad the Brexit damage is. £90bn a year is impossible to get back without going big on either single market membership or massive tax rises.
