There is only two people responsible for this, the shooter and the person who put them Guard there when they should not be. Two families have lost their loved ones because Trump wants to use them to create chaos in our streets.
West Virginia Governor, Patrick Morrisey has confirmed that the 2 National Guard members shot earlier have died.
