When I was a kid, when there was leftover pie crust, Mom would put cinnamon sugar over it, roll it up, slice it, and bake it.
After she died, my MIL started doing it. 💖
At Thanksgiving this year she made the pinwheels and then ate them all and confessed to me. 🤣
