The other thing that would help is if Northwestern students came up with a massive prank on Illinois, just to put some spice in this.
It sucks that no one pays attention to LOLHat, particularly when this is a (rare) year where BOTH teams are bowl eligible heading into the game.
Not sure how you fix it--play on Friday? But it would be nice for Illinois-Northwestern to MEAN something, and not get overshadowed by EVERY OTHER rivalry

Again, there is no plan for running our universities without federal funding, or foreign students, at scale. But the public has no idea about this because no. one. is. telling. them. this. They expect their kids are still going to be able to do all the things at college in the next 4 years, & well:
The entire business model of R1 public universities rests on 4 revenue sources:
1. Federal grants
2. Private gifts/endowments
3. Tuition (esp. from foreign students)
4. State $
For decades, 📈 in 1-3 offset a secular 📉 in 4. Now, 1 & 3 are being decimated & 4 ain't coming back. The math is clear.

Made @actioncookbook.com's hot cranberry sauce for a crowd that wasn't spicy fans. Forgot to get the chiles in adobo sauce. Audibled to adding a heaping tablespoon of Frank's Red Hot Sauce instead. Everyone enjoyed it. And now I can look forward to making it right next year.

This is the correct take. Stewing in white supremacist propaganda is bad for your thinking. And if think you are so savvy that it won’t impact you, you are the exact kind of mark they are slowly converting (I’m looking at you, centrist pundits).
It’s really funny how a generation will roll its eyes at parents who watch Fox News but doesn’t see why being immersed in Twitter is having the same effect. Lots of serious people show up on Fox News too but that shouldn’t be your primary source on the news.
