All things equal it is pretty funny that he campaigned on the one thing that could bring him down because he thought he could bully his party and his base into dropping it at the snap of a finger. Like this wasn’t foisted upon him, he CAMPAIGNED on it.

It really does seem like there's a decent chance that these senators screwed us because they don't want their personal Thanksgiving plans to be disrupted.
Anyway a great way to radicalize people is for them to realize that you just abandoned their chance at being able to access and afford health care because you didn’t like waiting in line at the airport.

To be fair, according to actuarial tables, these senators don’t have a lot of holiday seasons left and they REALLY don’t want to give one up for something silly like making life better for millions of people.
