The biggest problem with Starfield is it isn't weird enough. Even Fallout & Elder Scrolls at their most tame have some strange weirdness to them that always shines through in the story & characters, setting. Starfield feels too grounded in our reality and that is its biggest sin imo.
imagine being Bethesda, the only thing people want is the next elder scrolls and you spend a decade going "no no that'll come after the super cool thing, you'll LOVE the super cool thing" then the super cool thing is Starfield, a game you probably forgot existed until just now

Liberals are anti leftist first, anti conservative second. The priorities are in that order and if they have to tank every election to stop leftist momentum they will.
liberals who think the left are uniquely hostile online should do a test post, say you think it was bad that obama killed so many people with drone strikes, something like that. if you think the left are mean, you aren't ready for the wrath of the scratched liberal

Any dem in power ignoring or not speaking on this issue is in tacit agreement with it as policy
Remarkable: Karl Rove is now warning that Trump's illegal rendition of Kilmar Abrego Garcia is undermining Trump's overall approval on immigration.

Makes the idea that Dems should avoid this topic look especially silly.

I could be wrong about this but I really think most Americans do not want to be forced to “do their own research” about food & drug & product safety and would rather that the government agencies that have been sorting that all out for them for decades not be obliterated in the name of “efficiency.”

Ryan Coogler’s ‘SINNERS’ is now on track to become one of the top ten highest grossing R-rated films of all time at the domestic box office.

Expedition 33 is a reminder that game developers (and creatives in general) should not water down or smooth out their creativity for American audiences. Make the weird French masterpiece you want to make, people will show up to appreciate your work of art. What an opening, can’t wait to play more.

One of hundreds of people abducted by ICE and sold to slavery in El Salvador was a 19 year old with no criminal record in the US or Venezuela and no tattoos of any kind.

An ICE kidnapper who grabbed him outside his house said, "He's not the one."

The other said, "Take him anyway."

So they did.

Really burying the lead here that heroin is a miracle cure for everything and everyone. It cures you of the germ theory of disease.
The U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services has repeatedly claimed: “If you’re healthy, it’s almost impossible to die from an infectious disease in modern times.”

That is dangerously false.

I’m unsure how you can dunk on the people who voted for this any more than they already dunked on themselves (and the entire world) by voting for the dumbest, wettest brained president we’ve ever elevated to the highest office. I just feel bad for everyone all the time at this point.

The unspoken part of that “keep your doctor” shit was that a lot of people didn’t have a “your doctor” so it wasn’t an appealing message, even if the ACA is objectively good in a lot of ways. It was speaking to upper middle class people who already go to the doctor normally.
It’s still incredible to me that “like your doctor keep your doctor” was called Lie of the Year when it was mostly true.

Now we have an Admin that lies about stuff on tape, in documented text messages, under oath, in court, to judges, etc and no one in the media calls them liars.

RFK Jr. sounds, looks and is dumber than dog shit—polite equivocation while these inhuman ghouls enact policies that murder women and children is almost as bad as the policies. Grow a fucking spine and say it with some conviction: this is a death cult and they want to kill your children.
RFK Jr. is not wrong. We are failing to keep our communities healthy. This message resonates with many.

But I have serious concerns about his ability and expertise to lead such a sweeping overhaul of the HHS workforce. We need accountability, not just rhetoric.
