If a residential and commercial landlord must give tenant 48 hours notice in writing for access , has ICE provided the owners acceptance of their residential and commercial property ICE access? Can ICE arrests be reversed if this was not done and a list of owners aiding Gestapo ICE be published?

During Fiona Hill's testimony to Congress on Oct 14, 2019, she described how Trump and Putin discussed exchanging Ukraine for Venezuela. The quid pro quo was if Trump refuses to help Ukraine fight off a Russian invasion, Putin would not help Venezuela (a Russian ally) resist a US takeover.

The number 1 issue by far for Americans is being unable to afford basic necessities. How does Trump respond? He bombs Venezuela, renames the Kennedy Center after himself, builds a $400 million ballroom to honor himself and is building an Arc de Trump in Wash DC to honor himself. This is the GOP!
