The EHRC claims it “cannot” share the Draft Code because it is “with Ministers.”
But nothing in law stops a public body from correcting unequal access when the material is already leaked.
This is a choice - and an intentionally harmful one. We believe the ‘leak’ came from the EHRC.

Given Shabana Mahmoud’s current argument about cracking down on asylum seekers to fight racism, I’m surprised they haven’t started arguing that they’re attacking trans rights to fight homophobia yet.

The Hong Kong fire was far worse than the Grenfell Tower fire. Investigators discovered that the exterior windows of the lift lobby were being replaced at the time, and temporary styrofoam had been used to cover the openings.
