COTW and EVO alike have shown me that there’s an awful lot of people in the FGC that don’t give a shit about how the sausage gets made, so long as they get to eat. Which would be understandable if that stance concerned a legitimate existential need, and not simply a form of entertainment.

chrono trigger has gotta be one of the weirdest targets of nostalgia-bait because like basically everything that aims to copy chrono trigger ends up being something completely different

The way tech companies constantly do stuff that nobody asked for really tells you a lot about their bigger ideology. They tell themselves that you will like it over time. What they mean is you’ll learn to endure it, or you’ll give up. quality of UI is not actually anywhere on their radar

i think the one problem with my dmc3 dmd year idea is that I wouldn't be able to do other streams because of playin an hours long game every day with the intent to defeat it sure takes up a lot of time. I'll have to tinker with the idea
