OK, so the warrior dividends come from a housing allowance supplement that was in the Big Beautiful Bill, it has nothing to do with tariffs. That housing allowance for off-base expenses has been seen as inadequate, which necessitated the increase.

People look at me crazy when I say that the moral and legal collapse of America was sealed in January 2009 when Barack Obama just decided that torturers and murderers could go free because it would be inconvenient to have to do anything about them.
They're using the confinement box, one of the most horrific methods of CIA torture in the post-9/11 black sites, against migrants now. This is the direct result of the lack of consequences for the architects of the torture program. Either there will be criminal penalties for this or it will expand.

This is such an insane level of corruption. Why are DOJ officials meeting with her over this? To threaten her, or to offer her some sort of deal that gets her family out of level troubles in exchange for her withdrawal. These are the only 2 explanations.
