I’m concerned that the relentless continuation of these murders marks a first step in normalizing the following of illegal orders.
The U.S. military just announced another strike on a boat it claims was smuggling drugs near Venezuela, again without evidence. One more person dead. Over 100 killed so far.

The SC has judicial review because they decided they do (Marbury v Madison 1803), not because the Constitution says they do. If they continue to base decisions on politics rather than law, they will quickly become irrelevant. And we will not be required to abide by their decisions.
My concern is that the originalists on the Supreme Court will try everything possible to interpret it to fit their own narrative.
There isn’t much our Supreme Court can do. And just to be absolutely clear: the Supreme Court does not have the power to overrule or rewrite our Constitution.

We're not at war. It's not a "war crime". Everyone involved, including the POTUS, SecDef, the Admiral who relayed it and the person who pressed the button needs to be on trial.

Dems backed Trump into a corner where he’s advocating for starving Americans and hemorrhaging support. If they vote to let him off the hook in exchange for nothing it’s a cataclysmic failure. I know people are in pain but insulating Republicans from political consequences is not the answer.
