Yes: we are essentially tanking the DHS paramilitary army for the rest of America right now. They have to break us because they’re pulling men out of everywhere else for this surge, and if it fails, what then? But they will not break us.
There is no way they can sustain this without all their other areas losing capacity.

Well that was a very interesting #Rustlang pre-RFC text! Effectively arguing that Rust is painting itself into a substructural type system corner, and should recognise this as a fact and take the theoretical framework into focus when applying the paint.
