Finished and plated over sooooo yummy mashed potatoes with store bought tomato basil garlic knots. 🍅🍜🍽️ This is not any Swiss steak I remember. The chuck is a different texture for sure and … better. 😂

So while it’s not really a “Swissed” Steak, “Chuck roast in kick ass beef and tomato gravy” just seems clunky to say…So let’s go with Swiss Steak.👀😂🍽️🍜
Caramelized onion, celery, and carrot tomato paste better than bouillon beef glop, and four dust cloves of garlic. All of that slowly sautéed down to nothing but flavor. Added the pomme finally diced tomatoes and beef stock to the vegetables Previously pan seared chuck roast steaks, no flour All of that put together with some oven roasted garden tomatoes

There are a lot of different eagle and hawk species in South Africa, but there was one in particular that I was hoping to see.
It was kind of hidden by branches, high in a tree , but then, this African Fish Eagle took off to check out the riverbank in the late evening light!

Last hot sauce of the season: mango, pear, blueberry, ginger, ghost peppers, Aji mango peppers, a few jalapeño peppers, and I think there’s a Scorpian pepper in there somewhere. Yes I am cleaning out the refrigerator. 😂🍜🍽️

Well Tacos Dorados (fried tacos) are yummy! I had some leftover tortilla I needed to use and bam! Prolly don’t need to add anything else fried to the rotation but those are good. 🍽️🍜
