Finished and plated over sooooo yummy mashed potatoes with store bought tomato basil garlic knots. 🍅🍜🍽️ This is not any Swiss steak I remember. The chuck is a different texture for sure and … better. 😂

Last hot sauce of the season: mango, pear, blueberry, ginger, ghost peppers, Aji mango peppers, a few jalapeño peppers, and I think there’s a Scorpian pepper in there somewhere. Yes I am cleaning out the refrigerator. 😂🍜🍽️

Well Tacos Dorados (fried tacos) are yummy! I had some leftover tortilla I needed to use and bam! Prolly don’t need to add anything else fried to the rotation but those are good. 🍽️🍜
