A way for Ireland to respond to Good/Pretti is to start disarming garda now. No tasers no mace no tear gas.

Ireland already has a Michael Brown murder of its own, his name was George Nkencho, with garda claiming the same imagined supernatural abilities.

In bed with a killer migraine all day and saw that “11 Irish Billionaires” article and thought how nice it would be to just seize all their assets.

Daydreaming of yachts and private jets being grounded, bank accounts frozen.

Wouldn’t that be nice. Eleven people!

It’s surreal being in Ireland, roughly 10 years behind America on a lot of things, but being unable to learn any lessons from that foresight.

@wilsonmj.bsky.social silly question (in case I’ve missed an obvious metaphor) are pages 375-378 of Dayspring blank? Or do I have a copy with a printing error?

Last night we rented Casablanca of iTunes and the restoration was a disaster.

Grainless.

Actors looking like they have cheap social media filters on their faces.

Bizarre static moments that looked like AI hyper smooth paintings.

I hope it’s not the version that survives.

Sometimes when I give interviews about Little Deer and DCAF I say Dublin is actively hostile to local events and small businesses and this is another example of that.
This would make it the 6th (!!) venue since we started in 2017 that DCAF lost due to the venue closing (or no longer hosting events).

Four months after it was promised, we finally have the government's transport investment plan between now and 2030. It's bad. Roads are in, public transport is out. A lot of public transport projects being put on the long-finger to make funding available for new roads.

I just did this survey. They want to start incorporating AI, and they’re trying to “just ask questions” their way into it. I hate this.
I don't know if it's being sent at random, but I got an email survey from Patreon. And I never miss an opportunity to yell.

It's all about AI.

They very much want to use AI.
They very much want to use your art to train AI.
They could not broadcast more clearly how much they want a piece of that AI
