Every time I decide to sit down and organize and binder up my accumulated digimon card boxes it just ends in a futile exercise in not getting angry that I'm missing 2-4 cards per set.

I need people who don't work in the field to understand this. Less than 5 percent of the physical records held in the archives I work for have been digitized.
When we say "no, everything hasn't been digitized," I need you to understand that we really mean is that virtually nothing has been digitized. This is because the realm of primary sources that historians use is incomprehensibly large.
Seems like it's worth posting this one again.
