Not only did the Bills lose, but the Patriots, Dolphins and Jets all won.
Just the third time in Josh Allen's career the Bills lost and all the division opponents won on the same day. Last time was 11/6/22 in a loss to Zach Wilson's Jets, a week before the infamous Vikings game.
