Still 5 weeks left, so there's plenty of time to sort out the MVP. Hopefully voters remember to look at Christian McCaffrey's year. Usually MVP goes to a Q, and OPOY goes to a skill player. Right now, the reverse should happen.

I still think one of the most ridiculous stats is that Gronk averaged more yards a catch than Hill, Jefferson, and OBJ.

Brady once told me that accuracy is about “decisiveness.” He just mentioned how the greats know presnap which target has the best matchup. If he’s covered, they move to the outlet. If he’s covered, they throw it away. The best have thought that way for decades.

A "system QB" is a perceived slight. It's not. Elway was the least system Q ever, and look at his stats under Reeves and Phillips/Shanahan. Coaching matters. It matters to Caleb, Drake, Bo, Jayden ... and then they enhance the system with their own skillset.

It still baffles me that Tennessee had a coach who deployed such a ninja move in the pivotal moment of a playoff game — against two greatest-evers—to help seal a win, and was deemed expendable.

Just finished “American Kings.” Hall of Fame worthy.
I have no personal experience but my sense is writing a book is a tag team match against King Kong and Godzilla.
Such great reporting and weaving so many storylines so well with the segments. The entire book was a game-winning 2-minute drill.
