IMO the US system of govt didn't work well enough for 200+ years, it never did, it was designed to allow rule by decree (which is what an EO is) with legislative add on. It's essentially 18th-century British parliamentary system completely un-updated for modern times. President is basically king/PM.

This is a quite remarkably racist post by JB. He’s objecting to a ruling in Canada that said indigenous land title wasn’t invalidated when the Brits took over & sold it off. He says indigenous rights should be invalidated cuz so much time has passed & it’s not fair to the current land owners.

My brother in law is being sued for defamation and loss of income for badmouthing another person to venues saying he was bad business & saying he SA’d someone. Anyone know any 1A/defamation lawyers in NC? Dummy BIL decided to do this in a non-anti-SLAPP state so he def needs help.
