Swear to god, ICE could just announce they're leaving a city but not leave and the media will just stop covering that city completely even though ICE never left.

It's what ICE and the media did with LA and they're doing it with Minneapolis too

A fair & reasonable way to address @odnigov.bsky.social's one sided criticisms is to have @wbaidlaw.bsky.social's client meet w/ Congress & provide greater details abt serious concerns.

There is nothing partisan or politicized abt lawful whistleblower process so long as truth is ultimate objective
Our whistleblower client is willing to speak, w/appropriate protections, w/Gang of Eight & cleared staffs to provide addt'l details about complaint & address credibility & concerns of politicization, as well as answer questions @odnigov.bsky.social is refusing to address.

He’s a political operative with zero law-enforcement background calling the shots on immigration enforcement.

What kind of sick, horrific conditions are children being forced to endure in there?

Good. "But DHS isn't just ICE, it's also..." nope, wrong. DHS no longer serves any useful functions, the whole thing has been reassigned to repression. FEMA isn't even paying out to states. All DHS does is shooting, teargassing, facial recognition, and administrative warrants. Shut it down.
Senate Majority Leader John Thune said Thursday that demands made by Democrats for new restrictions on federal immigration officers are “unrealistic” and warned that the Department of Homeland Security will shut down next week if they do not work with Republicans and the White House.
