Pleased to see on Lawrence O’Donnell’s Last Word tonight that experts like Ryan Goodman and many others r stressing tht there is no appropriate use of the term “war crime” for any of these strikes agnst boats in the Caribbean…there is no war, & this attacks r simply murder, pure & simple.

This is really incredible. The government's battle to deport Abrego Garcia has apparently been based on a lie from the start. Not even the "gang affiliation" lie or the "human smuggling" lie, but the more basic assertion that he was ordered to be deported in the first place.
🚨Judge Xinis finds that, incredibly, Mr. Abrego Garcia was never ordered deported in 2019. She notes that every since this saga began all the way back in March, the government has NEVER been able to produce any evidence that the immigration judge actually issued a removal order.

Impressed w local folks of Newport, OR 4 fighting back agnst Trump admin theft of thr rescue helicopter used 2 rescue Dungeness crab fishermen in thr dangerous jobs, & 4 protesting agnst planned ICE detention center there. Helicopter is back aftr a lawsuit, & no ICE center! Whn u fight, u can win!

They're using the confinement box, one of the most horrific methods of CIA torture in the post-9/11 black sites, against migrants now. This is the direct result of the lack of consequences for the architects of the torture program. Either there will be criminal penalties for this or it will expand.
